Funeral services for Martin Paul Gabrielson, 75, Stratford, were held Saturday, Sept. 3. Rev. Leland Eyres conducted the 2 p.m. service at the Calvary United Methodist Church in Stratford. Interment was held in the South Marion Cemetery, Stratford. Arrangements were completed by Hanson, Stark, Welin of Stratford.

Mr. Gabrielson died Thursday, Sept. 1, 1977.

During the funeral service, Norman Erickson sang, accompanied by Mrs. Margaret Erickson. Pallbearers were Douglas Anderson, Donald Anderson, Dick Anderson, Dale Carlberg, Leo Carlberg, Greg Young, Marty Young and Danny Gabrielson.

Survivors include his wife, Irma; one son, Donald of Houston, Tex.; three daughters, Mrs. A.C. Arvid (Ila) Anderson, Mrs. Bertil (Donna Lee) Carlberg, Mrs. Raymond (Marlene) Young, all of Stratford; four brothers, Dick and Clifford Gabrielson of Stratford; Albert of Panora, and Pete of Michigan; two sisters, Mrs. Vernon (Florence) Wilson of Webster City and Mrs. Swede (Rosie) Larson of Michigan; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and one sister.
