Hazel Charlotte Fohlin

Hazel Charlotte Fohlin died of a heart ailment at the state sanitarium at Woodward Monday morning. She was 36 years, 9 months, 3 days old and is survived by her mother, Mrs. Hattie Fohlin, a brother, Arthur Fohlin, and other relatives. She had lived at the sanitarium for two years.

Last rites were held at the family home here Tuesday at 2 p.m. and were conducted by the Rev. F.W. Hanson. Interment was in the South Marion cemetery.
