Farm Boy Badly Hurt By Tractor

Danny Erickson, about 3, was in very critical condition this morning after apparently being run over by a tractor driven by his father.

The father, LuVern Erickson, farming southwest of town, was reported to have been driving his tractor in the field when he turned around and saw the boy lying in a corn row. The father had not known his boy was there.

The accident was reported to have occurred about 8:30 a.m. today.

The physician said the boy had a crushed skull.
