CRIM SERVICES ON THURSDAY

Funeral services for Mrs. Edgar Crim, 50, who died Sunday night in an auto collision south of Stratford, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at South Marion church near Stratford.
A brief service for the family will be held at 1:30 at the Crim home three and one-half miles south of Stratford. She was reared and educated in the Stratford community, being graduated from Stratford high school in 1921. She later attended Iowa State Teachers college at Cedar Falls, teaching school for five years in the rural district near Stratford.
She was united in marriage July 29, 1925 to Edgar Crim, and Mr. and Mrs. Crim had farmed in the Stratford community ever since. They had made their home on the present place the past 21 years.
She was preceded in death by her father who died Jan. 19, 1945, and by one sister and one brother. She is survived by her husband, two sons and two daughters; Vincel of Stratford, and Mrs. Hollis (Virginia) Duecker of Cedar Rapids, who are twins; Alton Crim and Lois Crim of Stratford. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Lynn Edward, and Ann Marie Duecker and Andy John Crim; her mother, Mrs. Jonas (Ica) Westrum of Stratford and two sisters and three brothers; Mrs. Chester Erickson of Manson, Mrs. Howard Ewing of Stratford; Martin, Eldon and Harold Westrum of Stratford.
She was baptized in the Methodist faith and was a member of the South Marion church.
A kindly, friendly personality, Mrs. Crim's main interests in life were her home, family and church.
