Daily Freeman Journal, Webster City, Iowa, Monday, June 5, 1961

Joe Bozell, 69, longtime Hamilton county resident, died at 5:25 p.m. Sunday at the Hamilton county hospital following a short illness.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Foster funeral home. Burial will be in Graceland cemetery.

The Rev. Robert Scott will officiate at the services.

Millard F. Bozell, son of Clint and Olive Bozell, was born Oct. 20, 1891, at Sullivan, Ill., and was reared and educated in that community, later moving to Iowa.

He was united in marriage to Gladys Ellen Wood in ? . To this union one son, Ray Bozell of Sedro Wooley, Wash., was born.

The couple resided in the Webster City community. Mrs. Bozell preceded him in death May 23, 1931.

He was united in marriage April 25, 1942 to Mrs. Edna [Helmick] Huddlestun, and the couple had since resided at their home on South Superior St.

He is survived by his wife; one step-son, Harry W. Arnold of Webster City; six grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters. Mr. Bozell was baptized in the Methodist faith.
