Funeral services for Mrs. Pauline K. Lybarger, 33, of rural Slater, were held Monday, Jan. 9. Services were held at 1:30 p.m. in the Holy Trinity Lutheran church, Ankeny.
Graveside services were held Monday at 3:30 p.m. with interment at Lawn Hill cemetery near Stanhope.
Mrs. Lybarger died Jan. 6, 1978 after a long term illness.
She was born Dec. 28, 1944 in Hampton, Iowa. Mrs. Lybarger was a graduate of the South Hamilton High school and lived in the Stanhope-Jewell-Slater area for 17 years.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Muessigmann.
Mrs. Lybarger is survived by her husband, David Lybarger; two daughters, Teresa and Denise; a son, Timothy, all at home; her mother, Mrs. Esther Muessigmann of Stanhope, and five brothers: Richard, Duaine and William, all of Stanhope, Donald of Nora Springs and Gerald Muessigmann of Jasper, Ind.; and one sister, Mrs. Phyllis Range of Ames.
