Mrs. Charles (Beatrice) Davis died Thursday, March 6 at the Hamilton County Hospital where she was a patient for two weeks.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Foster Funeral Home with Rev. Dale Kelley officiating, burial will be in the Lawn Hill Cemetery in Stanhope.

Beatrice T. Quick, daughter of Otto and Helga Olson Quick, was born Feb. 8, 1910 at Stratford and graduated from Stratford High school. Nov. 27, 1929 she was married to Charles W. Davis at Webster City. The couple farmed in the Stanhope area until 1955, when they moved to Webster City. She was preceded in death by her husband in April of 1983, and she continued to reside in Webster City.

She is survived by two daughters, Yvonne (Mrs. Eugene) Hamill of Fort Dodge and Linda (Mrs. Laurel) Thomas of Williams; one grandson, Shane Hamill of Fort Dodge; one sister Mathilda (Mrs. Ralph) Miller of Boone, several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.
