Funeral services for Glenndola M. Schweppe, 66, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Williams with the Rev. Louis Zee officiating. Burial is to be at St. Mary's Cemetery.

Mrs. Schweppe, a former Williams resident who had been living in Baldwin, Calif., died Saturday at the Hamilton County Hospital. Surls Funeral Home in Williams is in charge of arrangements.

The daughter of Benjamin and Mae Doyle Simpson, she was born Sept. 12, 1916, in Hamilton County near Williams. She lived in Williams during the early part of her life and received her education in the Williams schools.

She was married to Laurence Schweppe Aug. 30, 1935, in Webster City and the two operated the Riverside Market. In 1949 they moved to California.

She is survived by her husband; three sons, Larry Schweppe of Mantica, Calif., Jim Schweppe of West Covina, Calif., and Richard Schweppe of Milwaukee; their wives; six grandchildren; and two sisters, Mary C. Ryan of Webster City and Roslynn Ose of Williams.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
