Frances Crilly, 81, Williams, died Aug. 1, 1995, at Hamilton County Hospital in Webster City. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Williams, with Rev. Philip Recker officiating. Burial will be at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Williams. Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. today at the Surls Funeral Chapel in Williams and at 7 p.m. there will be a parish wake service at St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Frances Mary Holdgrafer, daughter of Henry and Mary Droste Holdgrafer, was born Aug. 31, 1913, in Williams. She graduated from Williams High School. On June 20, 1933, she married Thomas Joseph Crilly at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Williams. She made her living as a homemaker.

She is survived by sons, Donald Crilly, Billings, Mont., Thomas Crilly Jr., Wadena; daughters, Rosemary Lehmann, Elgin, Charlotte Brim, Jeanette Ratzke, both of Williams, Elizabeth Bradley, Sedalia, Colo., Mary Stanley, Sterling, Colo.; 25 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas Crilly; son, Richard Crilly; grandsons, David Ratzke, Mickey Brim; sisters, Theresa Walker, Mary Hiller, Louise Thaubach; brothers, Dietrich, Ben, John and Herman Holdgrafer.

She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Williams, the KYN Club, and St. Mary's Guid and Women's Club.
