Deloris "Dorie" Cormaney, 74, Webster City, died Tuesday at Southfield Care Center. The mass of Christian burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church with the Rev. James Duster officiating. Burial is in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Williams. Scripture service will be 8 p.m. Friday at Foster Funeral Home. Visitation is after 6 p.m. today until 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Deloris Murphy, daughter of Francis and Mary Brady Murphy, was born Nov. 19, 1917 at Williams. She attended Country Schools.

On Feb. 24, 1941, she married Charley Cormaney at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Williams. The couple resided in Blairsburg where she was employed as a cook at Northeast Hamilton School and later as a waitress at the M & M Restaurant, Blairsburg. The couple moved to Webster City in 1984.

In addition to her husband, survivors include, sons, Gary, Blairsburg, Patrick, Webster City; daughter, Mary Weisberg, Webster City; seven grandchildren; sisters, Mae Goins, Carroll, Edna Murphy, Webster City; and brother, John Murphy, Webster City. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church and Catholic Daughters.
