Phyllis (Mrs. Ray) Kinnetz, 39, Webster City, died Saturday evening, Feb. 9, at her home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 16, at 1:30 p.m. at the Foster Funeral Home, Rev. Charles Hawkins officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. The body was cremated, and no visitation is scheduled.
Phyllis Marie Ulicki, daughter of Frank and Mildred (Goodrich) Ulicki, was born Jan. 16, 1952, in Fort Dodge. She graduated from Central Webster High School in Burnside in 1970. She married Raymond Kinnetz on July 15, 1972. The couple resided in Webster City. She had been employed at Friendship Haven in Fort Dodge, WCI and Beem Industries in Webster City.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond, Webster City; a daughter, Stacy Kinnetz, Webster City; her father, Frank Ulicki, Lehigh; her mother, Mildred Ulicki, Webster City; a sister, Judy (Mrs. David) Helmer, Webster City; and four brothers, Robert Ulicki and Ed Ulicki, Lehigh; David Ulicki, Stanhope; and Raymond Ulicki, Webster City.
