Mrs. W. A. Harrison, 81, Died at Hospital Saturday.

Mrs. William A. Harrison, 81, died at the hospital here Saturday afternoon, death being caused by pneumonia. She had been in poor health for several years and seriously ill the past week.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Foster funeral home, the Rev. J.A. Farnham officiating. Burial in Graceland cemetery.

Daughter of George and Julia Ripley, Mary Leone Ripley was born Feb. 23, 1864 near Richland Center, Wis. She attended school there and at the age of 16 came to Iowa with her parents, the family locating at Lehigh.

She was married March 22, 1883 to William A. Harrison at Lehigh and they lived there three years before moving to Webster City.

Mr. Harrison died April 3, 1930. Also preceding Mrs. Harrison in death were two sons, Earl who died at the age of one year and Ralph, age 7, also one sister, Mrs. William Morrison.

Surviving are one daughter, Grace with whom she made her home at 1015 Third street; one son, Ray W., of Seattle, Wash., and one grandson, Robert W., also a sister, Mrs. C.M. Mack of Santa Ana, Calif.

A good neighbor and friend to many, Mrs. Harrison was always willing to help in time of trouble. She found greatest happiness in her home and friends, and devoted much energy in their interests.
