Mrs. James I. Sinn, 68, longtime Webster City resident, died at 2:10 a.m. today at the Hamilton county hospital where she had been a patient since August 13.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Foster funeral home with the Rev. O. A. Enersen officiating and with burial in Graceland cemetery.
Susie Matilda Bobb, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Bobb, was born Jan. 18, 1889 on a farm near Oakley, Ill. She received her education in that community and grew to young womanhood there.
She later moved to Saybrook, Ill., and was united in marriage there Oct. 14, 1909, to James Ivory Sinn. Following their marriage, Mr. and Mrs. Sinn moved to Bement, Ill., where they resided there until 1913; when they moved to Webster City, the family home since.
Mrs. Sinn is survived by her husband; one daughter and two sons, Mrs. Kenneth (Sophia) Bauer, Mason City; Lyle and James Sinn, both of Webster City; six grandchildren; two sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Rachel Williams, Trovey, Ill., Mrs. Mattie Allen, Bement, Ill., Dave Bobb, of Mena, Ark., and Callie Bobb, Canada, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, Jack, who died in 1936; by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
Mrs. Sinn was a member of the First Baptist church.
