Mrs. Annetta H. Woods, 80, a lifelong Webster City area resident, died Sunday morning at the Hamilton County hospital where she had been a patient for the past four months.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic church with the Rev. Father Edgar Kurt officiating and with burial in the St. Joseph's cemetery at Duncombe.

Rosary will be at 8 p.m. this evening at the Foster Funeral home.

Annetta Helene Stark, daughter of Baltasar Joseph and Anna Catherine Schropfer Stark, was born June 8, 1891, on the B.J. Stark farm seven miles northwest of Webster City. She was educated in the Webster City schools and attended the Detroit Conservatory of Music. Following this she engaged in concert singing and later taught music in the Detroit schools.

She was united in marriage Aug. 15, 1921 to David Livingston Woods.

Following her marriage, she resided at the B.J. Stark farm until the late 1930's, when she moved to the Schropfer place on the north edge of Webster City. She had raised Angus cattle since 1945, winning show honors both locally and nationally.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Joe (Mary Helen) Severson of Duncombe; and two sisters, Mrs. Cora S. Hale of Fort Dodge and Mrs. Harry A. (Catherine) Little of Webster City.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Leo V. Stark, Max M. Stark and Winslow W. Stark.

She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas church, the Catholic Daughters of America, the Webster City Women's club and the American Angus association.
