Webster City Journal, Thursday, October 17, 1907

Adolph Welp died at his home near the Presbyterian church of old age. Mr. Welp was a member of the Presbyterian church and well liked by all who knew him. He was seventy-eight years and eleven months old. He leaves a wife and eight children. The funeral was held Wednesday and the remains laid to rest in the cemetery near the church.
