MRS. WALTERMAN, OF KAMRAR, DIES

Dies After An Illness of Less Than a Week; Pneumonia Cause.

Mrs. Sander Walterman died yesterday at 12:30 o'clock at the Walterman home a mile and a half east of Kamrar following an illness of less than week with pneumonia. She was 59 years of age, born in Germany Jan. 3, 1870, and was married March 1892 in Germany. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 1:30 o'clock at the home and at 2 o'clock at the German Presbyterian church east of Kamrar with the Rev. Sinning officiating.

Besides her husband Mrs. Walterman leaves eight children. They are, Mrs. George Simpson, of Jewell; Eppo Walterman, of Kamrar; Mrs. Fred Wilson, of Webster City; Mrs. Helmer Knutson, of Kamrar; John Walterman, of Kamrar; Sandy Walterman, of Kamrar; Mrs. Clyde Hicks, of Kamrar, and Jessie Walterman, of Kamrar. Two children, Hio Walterman, who was killed in France, and Johanna Walterman are dead.

Mrs. Walterman had a brother in Germany, Joe Buntje [Presbyterian cemetery has her maiden named listed as Buntjer]. There are also a half sister, Mrs. Will Cruise, of Marathan, and four step sisters, Mrs. Joe Johnson, of Bancroft, Mrs. John Johnson, of Lakota; Mrs. Frank Timmer, of Lakota, and Mrs. Dick Welp, of Titonka.
