Mrs. John (Donna) Tapper, 48, of Kamrar died Saturday morning at her home. She had been in ill health for the past seven years.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the First United Presbyterian church at Kamrar with the Rev. Marvin L. Camp officiating and with burial in the Presbyterian cemetery.

Friends may call at the Foster Funeral home until 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at which time the casket will be taken to the church.

Donna Lea Montandon, daughter of Floyd and Caro Entriken Montandon, was born Dept. 1, 1931 at Webster City and was reared and educated here, being graduated in 1949 from Webster City high school. For several years she was employed at Hahne Printing Co.

On March 11, 1956 she was married to John Tapper at Webster City, and the couple had since farmed in the Kamrar area.

She is survived by her husband; one son and one daughter, Mrs, David (Cynthia) Pierce of Grimes, Iowa, and Harley Tapper of Clarion; one grandchild; her mother, Mrs. Floyd Montandon of Webster City; two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Jack (Marjorie) Klucking of Bedford, Texas; Mrs. Ron (Elaine) Loder of Phoenix, Ariz., and Wendell Montandon of Scottsdale, Ariz., and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.

She was a member of the First United Presbyterian church at Kamrar where she had served as treasurer of the Mariners and also was a member of the UPW. For many years she served as a 4-H leader in Hamilton county and was a member of the Independence Hobby club.
