Kamrar, April 24 - Special to the Freeman-Tribune: Geo. Fonken, the thirteen year old son of Mr. and Mrs. John Fonken, who reside three miles east of here, died yesterday afternoon. His ailment was diabetes from which he had been suffering for several months. The funeral will be held tomorrow from the German church east of Kamrar. The young man was the older of two sons. His parents are prominent in the community where they live and much sympathy is expressed for them. [He is buried in the Presbyterian cemetery, rural Kamrar]
