James Brinkema, 9, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Brinkema, died yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the home of his parents one and one-half miles north of Kamrar, of tonsillitis.

Funeral services will be held at the Presbyterian church east of Kamrar at 2:30 o'clock preceded by a short service at the home at 1 o'clock. The Rev. H. F. Sinning will officiate and burial will be made in the Presbyterian cemetery.

James had only been ill about one week with tonsillitis which caused his death. He leaves to mourn his death his parents and one brother, Carl and one sister, Elizabeth.
