Bernice Olson, 71, Randall, died today, Sept. 6, 1988, at Story City Memorial Hospital of complications from a stroke. Funeral services will be Friday, Sept. 9, at 10 a.m. at Elim Lutheran Church, Randall, with burial in Mount Olive Cemetery.

Bernice Anderson was born near Randall, to A.C. and Ovidia Anderson, July 19, 1917. On July 19, 1939, she married Milo Olson. She was a lifetime resident of Randall and a lifetime member of Elim Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband, Milo, of Randall, four sons, Jim of Ames, Joel and Bill, both of Randall, and Mike of Denver, Colo; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one sister Grace Benson of Ames.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
