On Sept. 22, 1923 at Ames, Iowa, a baby son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Ray Anderson and on Dec. 9th it was baptized at the Elim Lutheran church by Rev. G.O. Paulsrud, and on Dec. 22, 1923, it passed away. Its mission was brief, however, for its little life had scarce began ere its spirit winged its flight to Heaven. He will awake in fairer lands, where the Angel voices sing. There the flow'rets shall expand, there the love perfection bring. He has reached the golden shores, through the river cold and deep; Angels bare him safely there. Little baby has gone to sleep.
Funeral services were held Wed. afternoon, Dec. 26, at 1:30 at the home and 2:00 o'clock at the Lutheran church, by Rev. G.O. Paulsrud, and burial was made in Mt. Olive cemetery beside his two brothers. This makes three sons that this family has lost in less than nine months. The deepest sympathy is extended to the bereaved family in their sorrow. The pallbearers were: Curtis Reade, Stanton Jacobson, Charles Kirby and Clifford Olson.
