JEWELL - Memorial services for Naomi Grace Amundson, 72, of Ellsworth will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Ellsworth with the Rev. Dean Hokel officiating. Burial is to be at the Homewood Cemetery in Ellsworth.

Mrs. Amundson died July 2 at Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar, Minn.

The daughter of Charles and Anna Charlson Blair, she was born Feb. 17, 1912, at Ellsworth. She lived in Ellsworth and Webster City and was married Sept. 12, 1928, to Roaul "Steve" Amundson at Algona.

She worked in the Portland Ship Yards in Portland, Ore., for several years and was also employed at the Ellsworth turkey plant and as a telephone operator in Ellsworth for a number of years.

Survivors include one son and one daughter, Richard Amundson of Des Moines and Nola (Mrs. Gene) Brinton of Willmar, Minn.; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Lulu Smith of Jewell.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband, who died Feb. 14 of this year.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
