Mrs. Julia Egland, 81, died at 12:30 a.m. Monday at the Jewell Rest Home where she had been residing the past two years.

Funeral services will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran church at Jewell with the Rev. E. L. Reisem officiating and with burial in the Homewood cemetery at Ellsworth.

Julia Onerheim, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jens L. Onerheim, was born Nov. 23, 1885, at Kirkman, Iowa.

She was married to John Ostlund of Duncombe, and they farmed in the Duncombe area. She continued to reside on the farm following her husband's death.

In 1948 she was united in marriage to Pete Egland at Webster City, and the couple lived at Randall.

She is survived by two brothers, Oscar Larson, Story City, and Burnie Larson, Maxwell; and several grandchildren.
