Services Tuesday for Mrs. Buckels

Mrs. Genevieve Buckels [nee Willis], 95, Jewell, died Jan. 25 at Story City Hospital.

Services are Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Federated Church of Christ, Jewell, with the Rev. Tom Rehling officiating. Burial is in the Homewood Cemetery, Ellsworth.

Mrs. Buckels was born May 15, 1879 in Cabery, Ill. She and William F. Buckels were married Aug. 25, 1903 in Ellsworth. They farmed north of Jewell.

Surviving are two sons, Lloyd Sr., Jewell and William of Story City; seven grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Mae Flickinger of Ames.

The Becker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
