Cora A. Jansen, 83, Williams, died Dec. 6, 1992 at the Hamilton County Public Hospital in Webster City. Services are 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Kamrar Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Robert A. Rool officiating. Interment is in the Kamrar Presbyterian Cemetery. Visitation is from 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Surls Funeral Chapel in Williams and one hour prior to services at the church.

Cora A. Tapper, daughter of Henry and Cora (Koop) Tapper, was born May 14, 1909 in Kamrar. She was educated in Liberty Township Schools.

On March 2, 1928, she married John Jansen at Kamrar Presbyterian Church. They resided in Jewell for 25 years. She was a housewife and helped on the farm in Blairsburg, Williams and Jewell areas.

She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Duane and Mary Lou Jansen of Williams, Robert Jansen of Mitchellville; brother, Henry Tapper of Webster City; sister, Rena Venner of Blairsburg; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and five sisters.

She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Kamrar.
