Services for Jennie McCameron, 88, of Windsor Heights, IA, were held in Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines, IA, with Caldwell-Raddatz of Urbandale in charge of arrangements. Memorial services will be held at a later date.

She died Tuesday, February 25, 1997, at Urbandale Rehabilitation and Care Center of congestive heart failure.

Jennie McCameron was born in Kamrar, IA, March 19, 1908.

She lived in Cresco for 33 years before moving to Windsor Heights. She was an active member of the Methodist Church in Cresco. A 50-year member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Her husband, Fred, operated the Standard Oil Bulk Agency for 33 years in Cresco.

Survivors include her husband, Fred of Windsor Heights, IA; three daughters, Patricia Rose of Sierra Madre, CA; Nola Nealey of Clive, IA; and Cindy Lamson of West Des Moines, IA; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Bernard Klaver of Webster City, IA; and one sister, Marie Read of Russellville, AR.
