Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Presbyterian church in Williams for John Robert Inks, 29, former Williams resident, who was accidentally killed at Phoenix, Arizona.

Mr. Inks was repairing a machine in a dairy where he was employed, and was electrocuted in the mishap.

Burial will be in the Williams cemetery.

John Robert Inks was born April 25, 1925 on a farm west of Williams, the eldest son of Charles and Loretta Inks. He was reared in the Williams and Alden community and was a graduate of Alden high school.

He was united in marriage to Doris Ellen Lawson, and three children were born to this union. Mr. Inks farmed in the Williams community until February 1954, at which time he moved to Arizona because of his health.

He is survived by his wife and two children, Sammy and Susie. Also surviving are his father; one brother, Francis Inks, now in the U. S. army; three sisters, Mrs. Shirley Warren of Webster City, Mrs. Charlotte Hoefer, Williams and Miss Mary Lou Inks, at home and his grandmothers, Mrs. George Inks of Williams and Mrs. Jim Smith of Williams.
