Mathew James Ellis, Duncombe, born Jan. 2, 1979, died May 4, 2007 at Trinity Regional Hospital. Survivors are his parents, Randy and Patricia (Cerwick) Ellis, sisters, Katherine and Tara Ellis, grandmother, Vera Cerwick and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mathew graduated from Webster City High School in 1997 and following graduation, was employed at Iowa Central Industries. He enjoyed living life and bowling.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lester and Georgiann Ellis, and Don Cerwick.
Funeral services are pending with Laufersweilers Funeral Home in Fort Dodge.
