Dwight C. Mollison, 67, died Monday, Oct. 6, 2008 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, at Ankeny Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 10, 2008 at Ankeny First United Methodist Church. Cremation will follow the funeral service and inurnment will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 13, 2008 at Ankeny Memorial Gardens with Military Honors conducted by The Albaugh-McGovern American Legion Post #42.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Sandra; daughters, Jill (Jody) Weigel of Cedar Rapids, IA; Maria (Tom) Steffen of Polk City, IA; son, Jim (Jill) Mollison of Des Moines, IA;7 granddaughters; mother, Mildred Mollison of Webster City, IA; brother, Dale (Jolene) Mollison of Colorado; sisters, Sharon (Lewis) Hassebrock of Webster City, IA; and Connie (Steve)Willman of Blue Springs, MO.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Elmo Mollison.
