Melvin Oskvig, 89, Williams, died on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at the Scenic Manor Nursing Home in Iowa Falls. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the First Christian Church in Iowa Falls with burial in the Williams Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 P.M. Friday at the Surls Funeral Home in Williams.
