Scott Van Langen

Scott Van Langen, 29, Jewell, died Sunday, June 21, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Ellsworth with the Rev. David Doely officiating. Burial will be in the Homewood Cemetery in Ellsworth.

Scott Van Langen, son of Richard and June (Stuhmer) Van Langen, was born March 25, 1963 in Webster City. He was a 1981 graduate of South Hamilton High School and attended Ellsworth Junior College. He was employed by Drs. Feldman and Koehnk Veterinarians.

He is survived by his parents; brothers, Douglas, Jewell, Chuck, Kamrar; a sister, Darla Walden, Redfield; grandmothers, Mrs. Harold Stuhmer and Mrs. Benhard Van Langen, both of Webster City. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Ellsworth and the Jewell Rescue and Fire Department.

Memorials may be given to the Jewell Rescue and Fire Department or the Heart Fund.
