Homer Stanton Danielson, died on March 14, 2003 at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames of stroke complications. He was born in Ellsworth, Iowa, October 28, 1912. Homer was a longtime resident of the Ellsworth community until he moved to Bethany Manor in Story City, Iowa. He and Constance Marie Fredericksen married September 3, 1938, and were the parents of three children. He is survived by Connie, Clark, Camille and David Kundert, Dianne, Jim Holly and Amy Kallay. His twin sisters Margaret and Marjorie survive him as well. He was preceded in death by his parents, Orm and Emma Danielson, sisters Connie, Arlene and Faith, and his brother Elston and niece Rae Jean. The joy of singing enriched Homer's life and all who hear him. Homer and Connie shared a lifetime of music together. In addition to farming duties, Homer was an officer of Trinity Lutheran Church, President of the Board of Regents of Waldorf College, Ellsworth Co-op Elevator, Ellsworth Co-op Turkey Producers, and was a Hamilton County Supervisor.

Services were 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 17th at Trinity Lutheran church in Ellsworth. Becker Funeral Home in Jewell entrusted with arrangements.
