Mr. I. W. Buffington passed away Sunday after a long illness of dropsy. He is well known here, having been a resident of this vicinity for several years. The funeral was held from the house Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock, Rev. H. B. Dye, of the Presbyterian church, officiating. The family have the sympathy of the entire community in their sad bereavement.
