Lenora Tracy-Mastin

Mrs. Lenora Tracy-Mastin died Sunday, April 19, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. H. W. Kelly, at Ft. Dodge, Ia. Deceased was born in the town of Scipio, Cayuga county, New York on the 6th day of January, 1814. She was married to Robert Mastin February 22, 1834, at the town of her birth, and three sons and two daughters came to bless this union, most of whom are well known to our people. They are George W. of this city, Antoinette (Mrs. McCauley) of Clinton, A. Tracy of near Wellsburg, and Frances, wife of H. W. Kelly of Ft. Dodge. Mr. and Mrs. Robt. Mastin came to Grundy county twenty-five years ago and have resided here since then. Mrs. Mastin was a consistent member of the Presbyterian church having united with this church in early life. The deceased was the sixth child of a family of ten children, all of whom lived to be over seventy-five years of age, except one, and only one, the youngest sister is now living. The deceased was loved and honored by all who knew her and the mourning ones have the heartfelt sympathy of a large number of friends.
