Mr. Edwin Vermillyea, of this city, died at his home last Wednesday morning of pleuro-pneumonia. Mr. V. had not been sick long and his death was very sudden. It seems he contracted a hard cold while helping to ? and Thursday before he was compelled to give up and was taken to his bed. Mr. Vermillyea was a hard working industrious man, well thought of by all who knew him. He leaves a wife and four children to mourn his death. His remains were interred in the cemetery west of town last Friday afternoon. The bereaved family have the sympathy of this community in their sad bereavement.
