Marnie Fecht Services Held

Marnie L. Fecht, 22, of 506 Wyoming St., died Wednesday, April 13, at Allen Memorial Hospital from injuries received in an automobile accident.

Funeral services were held 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 20, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Waterloo, with Rev. James J. Carstensen and Rev. Thelma Subramanian officiating.

Pallbearers were Brian R. Fecht, Bruce D. Fecht, Debra Morgan, Fredric Frands, Kevin McKenzie and Allen Fecht, Jr.

Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery, Dike.

Memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation or to the family.

She was born February 26, 1972, at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. She was raised by her maternal grandparents, Neva and Jack Heritage. She married Mark M. Fecht on March 19, 1994, in Dike.

Mrs. Fecht was a waitress trainer and server for Embers restaurant in Cedar Falls and was a Mary Key Cosmetics consultant.

Marnie is survived by her husband; a sister, Cheryl Roach of Waterloo; her mother, Betty Ann Godfrey Roach of Oklahoma; and her maternal grandparents, Jack and Neva Heritage of Dike.
