Services Saturday For L. G. Knudsen

Funeral services were held last Saturday afternoon, Dec. 23, for Leo G. Knudsen, 67 of Dike, at the Dike First Methodist Church with the Rev. Lloyd R. Bair officiating. Burial was in the Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of Nelson Funeral Home, Cedar Falls.

Mr. Knudsen was born Jan. 24, 1900, at Hudson, the son of Hans and Maggie Walters Knudsen. He married Marian Sorensen on April 12, 1928 in Cedar Falls. He had lived in Dike for 28 years. He was a member of the Dike First Methodist Church.

Survivors include his widow, two sons, Ralph of 1600 W 7th St., Cedar Falls, and Donald of Dike, two brothers, Bernie of Seattle, Wash. and Lyman of 515 Dundee St., Waterloo, and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
