Gurney McBain of Cedar Falls Dies

Cedar Falls, Ia.--Gurney McBain, about 50, died Monday night at the veteran's hospital in Des Moines, where he had been taken earlier in the evening. Cause of death was diabetes and complications.

McBain, a veteran of World War I, had resided in this city for many years, working as a garage mechanic. The family lived at 2515 Olive street.

His widow, Mary, was with him at the time of death.
