Lowell A. Snapp

Evansdale--Services for Lowell A. Snapp, 58, of 422 River Forest Rd., will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Parrott and Wood Funeral Home, where friends may call after 6 p.m. Thursday.

He died at 9:17 p.m. Wednesday at home of a heart attack.

He was born Oct. 16, 1917, in Elbow Lake, Minn., son of Neal and Mabel Bunhart Snapp. He married Irene Carrier July 28, 1951, in Waterloo.

He was a veteran of World War II, serving in Europe. He retired from Shukei Chevrolet Co. in 1968 because of ill health.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Dale, Duane, and Danny; and three daughters, Sandra, Deborah, and Donna, all at home; a half-brother, Gene Bunhart, of Kingsley; and three sisters, Mrs. Glen Morgan of Kingsley, Mrs. Betty Brown of Cleveland, Ohio, and Mrs. Virginia Haskell of Texas.
