Elmer Price, 91, of Tulsa, Okla., died of pneumonia Friday at Columbia Doctors Hospital there. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Sheller Cemetery in rural Grundy County. Mr. Price was born in Grundy County and moved to Tulsa in 1971 from Waterloo. He was a retired Fleet Superintendent for Briggs Transportation in Waterloo. Creps-Abels Funeral Home in Eldora is handling arrangements.
