Aurella Price, 82

Aurella Fern Price, 82, died at the Heritage Care Center in Iowa Falls of natural causes on Friday, October 13, 1995.

Funeral services were held on Monday, October 16 at the Church of the Nazarene in Iowa Falls with Rev. James McGaffey officiating. Interment was in the Sheller Cemetery east of Eldora. Linn's Funeral Home of Iowa Falls handled arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Aurella Fern Price was born August 23, 1913 in Union to Elmer and Edna Walters Hammer. She attended rural Hardin county schools through eighth grade.

She married Louis Ernest Price on December 16, 1931 in Freeport, Illinois. She was a farm wife and homemaker, farming with her husband south of Wellsburg for 29 years. They retired in 1977. She was an active member of the MOH Club.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Sharon Sayers of Des Moines; and two grandchildren, Daphne Sayers and Christopher Sayers, both of Des Moines.
