Benjamin Bunch Rites Saturday at Cedar Falls

Cedar Falls--Funeral services for Benjamin Anslow Bunch, 79, who died at the home of his step-daughter, Mrs. Robert P. Billings, 1410 Walnut street, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Dahl funeral home. Death was due to complications of old age.

Rev. Bruce J. Giffen, pastor of First Presbyterian church, will officiate. Burial will be at Fairfield cemetery, New Hartford.

He was born in Wellsville, Mo., May 15, 1858. He learned the trade of blacksmith and wagon maker there. Mr. Bunch came to Waterloo, where he was married and lived for many years.

The family moved to Dewar, Ia., where they lived for seven years before coming to Cedar Falls in 1936. He was for many years a member of the Odd Fellows.

Surviving are his wife; four sons, Fred, Green Bay, Wis., Marion, Battle Creek, Mich., Harry, Waterloo, and Archie, Louisiana, Mo.; two daughters, Mrs. Bess Wilbur, Waterloo, and Mrs. Atheline Bryant, Eau Claire, Wis.; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
