Gertrude Ornduff Heaslip, 80, of Sun City Center, died Saturday at Plaza West Nursing Home in Sun City Center. A native of Grundy County, Iowa, she was retired for 16 years from real estate and property management in Kokomo, Ind., and Terre Haute, Ind., a former school teacher, chairwoman of the Food Service Committee, member of the Emergency Squad, Pastoral Relations Committee and several bridge associations, and deacon at United Community Church, all in Sun City Center. She is survived by a daughter, Judith Ornduff Wightman of Tampa; a sister, Alene Renner of Sun City Center; a brother, Benjamin Hook of Grundy Center, Iowa. National Cremation Society, Tampa.
