John A. Ludemann

Cedar Falls--Services for John A. Ludemann, 71, of 2611 McClain Drive, will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Cedar Heights Presbyterian Church. Burial will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Oakland Cemetery, Beaman.

Mr. Ludemann died at Sartori Memorial Hospital Sunday afternoon of a coronary attack.

He was born Aug. 6, 1907, in Ackley, son of Fred and Harmke Hinrichs Ludemann. He married Ermyl Rowe June 14, 1938, at Beaman. Prior to his retirement in 1973 he had been a counselor with Vocational Rehabilitation for 25 years.

He received a bachelors degree from the University of Dubuque and also was a graduate of Dubuque Seminary.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Jane Edwards of Niantic, Conn., and Mrs. Ann Trulin of Manlius, N.Y.; and three grandchildren.

Friends may call at Richardson Funeral Home after 7 p.m. Tuesday and all day Wednesday. Memorials may be made to Cedar Heights Presbyterian Church in his name.

John Ludemann, Bank Director 25 Years, Dead

Funeral services for John A. Ludemann, 71, of 2611 McClain Drive, Cedar Falls, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Cedar Heights Presbyterian Church at 2015 Rainbow Drive, Cedar Falls with burial in Oakland Cemetery in Beaman.

Mr. Ludemann died Sunday afternoon at Sartori hospital in Cedar Falls.

He was born on August 6, 1907 to Mr. and Mrs. Fred Ludemann. For the past 25 years he has been on the Board of Directors of the Peoples Savings Bank.

Surviving him are his wife Ermyl and two daughters, Jane and Ann. Preceding him in death were his parents and a brother, George.

The Richardson Funeral Home at Cedar Falls is in charge of arrangements.
