Miss Lena Schmidt

Miss Lena Schmidt was born in Germany. She came to this country and to this county with her parents when she was four years old and since that time she resided in Colfax township up to the time of her death. Her death occurred last Thursday morning. She had been sick most of the time during the past year and her death was not unexpected. Miss Schmidts age at the time of her death was 34 years, 1 month and 28 days. Her father died just nineteen years before she followed him. She is survived by her mother and four brothers. The brothers are George, Ranco, Fred and Carl.
