Mrs. Ingle Mowrer Died Friday

Mrs. Ingle Mowrer, a lifetime resident of northern Grundy county, died Friday at the home of her sister, Mrs. Chris Doescher, following a heart attack. She was 62 years old.

Funeral services were held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Chris Doescher home and at 2 p.m. at the Pleasant Valley Reformed church, with burial in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Mowrer's maiden name was Ingle Huting. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reint Huting of Pleasant Valley township. She resided in the same vicinity all her life except for the last five years when she lived in Fern.

Preceding her in death were her parents, a sister, Mrs. E. B. Engelkes, and a brother, John; also four brothers and sisters in infancy. Surviving are two sons, Donald Mowrer of Topeka, Kans., and Wallace Mowrer of German Valley, Ill., and one daughter, Mrs. Ivadell Earl, Iola, Kans.; two brothers, Don Huting of Parkersburg and Art Huting of Waterloo; two sisters, Mrs. Effie Pruisner and Mrs. Josie Doescher, both of this vicinity; and four grandchildren.
