Jennie, the oldest child of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Pruisner died Tuesday evening March 26th after having been sick but a short time with the measles. The little girl would have been three years old had she lived until the 31st of Mar. Funeral services were held Friday at the German Baptist church near Buck Grove where interment also took place.

Those little lips so sweet to kiss
Are closed forever now
Those sparkling eyes that shown so bright
Beneath that pearly brow
That little heart that beat so high
Free from all care and gloom
Are hidden now from those she loved
Beneath the silent tomb.
