Miss Ella Petersen Died Monday Morning

Miss Ella Petersen died Monday morning at her home in Stout, following a stroke.

She was the daughter of Mrs. Jessie Petersen and the late Herman Petersen, and was born near Stout, Sept. 23, 1895. When her parents retired from farming, they moved to Stout, where they have lived since.

Miss Petersen suffered a stroke some time ago, but partly recovered, so she could be up and around and do her daily work. On Sunday evening she had another attack and died early Monday morning, reaching the age of 64 years, 9 months, 21 days.

Preceding her in death were her father and a sister, Mrs. John Bruns. Surviving are her 90-year-old mother; two sisters, Mrs. Henrietta Van Ellen and Mrs. Fred Bruns; one nephew and two nieces.
