Funeral For Marvin Decknadel, Thursday

Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon at 1:30 in the Stout Reformed church for Marvin Decknadel, 37, who passed away Monday at the State hospital in Woodward, where he had been a patient for many years. Burial will be in the Stout cemetery.

The deceased is survived by one brother, Edward Decknadel of Parkersburg. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elso Decknadel, and a brother, Roy.

Marvin Decknadel was born on a farm near Dike in Grundy county, where he lived with his parents until he entered the state hospital.

Marvin Decknadel, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Elso Decknadel, who had been a patient at Woodward for many years, died Monday noon at the age of about 40 years. The funeral is Thursday at 1:30 and burial will be in the Stout cemetery beside his parents. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ray, who was killed in the service.
