Paul Keith Wiegmann, 52, of Ackley, died December 12, at his home in Ackley of complications of a cancer illness. Funeral services were December 16, at the Bethel Lutheran Church in Parkersburg. Interment was at the West Friesland Cemetery in Ackley. Memorials may be directed to the family.

Paul was born the son of Wilbur Conrad and Harmina Eilderts Wiegmann on December 14, 1951. He graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1970 and attended Hawkeye Tech Auto Mechanics training for one year. Paul was united in marriage with Carla Zabel Gaede on June 29, 1991. Paul drove truck for Top Air of Cedar Falls for 13 years before he retired due to illness.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Carla Wiegmann; his son, Paul Gaede, Sr.; six grandchildren; two brothers, David (Jann) and Galen (Brenda); and four nieces and nephews.
